Large square shaped cut glass ink well America or English circa 1890.  The top of the ink well is faceted on each side and the glass has a gentle slope moving down from the round center. Each of the corners has a cut-glass star that raps the corner and a full cut glass star pattern on the base. There is a round brass cap mounted to the top of the glass that hinges back exposing green tinted glass cup that looks similar to a “shot” glass. The cup is removeable giving access to the well through a round hole with a 1 ¾ opening. (MI-829)
