Patek Phillipe Calatrava Perpetual Calendar with moon phase. The watch is 18K White Gold with 18K Bracelet with the  Ref#5136G/1G-001 with Movement #3127021/4260677 and the case size is 37mm . The watch has an automatic self-winding movement with exhibition back. It features a perpetual calendar with 24 hour and leap year indicator hands. There are three sub dials which show day, month and number of the day. At 6 o'clock is the moon phase aperture. The watch has all its papers with the Patek leather pouch. The original Certificate of Origin indicates that the watch has 27 jewels and an Opalin style dial. It was originally sold by Marhos Van Dell Goltz in Miami Florida and the purchase date was August 16, 2004. 


The watch has its original carboard box and its fancy wood box with suede interior which has a factory cloth protector for the fancy box. The watch retains its original setting pusher. The white gold band has a Patek deploying buckle and the band has all of its links. The watch is telling accurate time and all the calendar functions are operating correctly as is the phases of the moon dial. The retail price of the watch was $70,380.
