Relief carved portrait of a cyclist riding toward the viewer. He is wearing a helmet and is sporting a large mustache. His shirt is well articulated as is the red polychrome sash across his shoulder and waist. The figure is wearing black shorts. The bicycle frame, wheels and spokes are very detailed as is the handle bars he is griping. He appears to be riding over a large rock. The background of the carved panel has a carved and evenly patterned background. The carving retains its original natural wood frame and liner.
The carving is quite unique and is masterfully executed. (FA1092)
Condition: The carving and frame are in excellent condition and have a mellow age patina.
