Carved Narwhal signed on the reverse "C. Voorhees", American circa 1965

InformationCarved and painted narwhal, stamped on reverse "C. VOORHEES" below Vorhees stamped logo. The whale is typical of Vorhees style and has a biege-colored painted body with light and dark brown spotting. His mouth, fin and fluke are well articulated. Projecting from the narwhal's head just above the mouth is a tapered and twisted tusk. The reverse is painted white and is lacking its original mounting hook. (FA1188) Condition: Excellent. Dimensions: Length 22 1/2 inches; Height 4 5/8 inches.
